Benjamin Millepied dances through a set of crowded New York City streets. Devised to be one continuous single shot. It was Alejandro’s first shoot since Biufitul and perhaps his first step towards creating the one continuous single shot that developed in his next film Birdman. The film was created with joy at its heart, so it was devastating when bad weather interrupted filming and caused the shoot to be cut in 1/2. Still what for him was 1/2 a shoot was ten times greater than what others might make in decade
