The film uses the visual analogy of a 60 ft high letter "C" rupturing out of the earth in downtown Manhattan, as a way to highlight the risks of undetected hepatitis C on the liver.
The concept work straddled both physical build and CGI work. With the physical build structure at 20ft high. Making scaled broken sidewalk sections and 3D mapping of overall footprint to allow for actors interactions.
